The product contains at least 1x108 CFU / ml of lactic acid bacteria, at least 1x107 CFU / ml of Bifidobacteria, at least 1x108 CFU / ml of Lactobacilus bulgaricus, and at least 1x108 CFU / ml of Streptococcus thermophilus.

 Other subspecies of the following families: Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Propionibacterium freudenre. Shermanii, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris.

Ingredients: drinking water, oatmeal (at least 25%), ginger, yeast from lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, sodium bicarbonate acidity regulator.

Method of administration: it is recommended to take pure 1-2 tablespoons during or immediately after each meal.

For the production of beverages: for one glass of juice, green cocktails, table water or other soft drinks - add 1-2 tablespoons of the product. Stir.

For cooking: add 1-2 tablespoons to various porridges, soups (not hotter than + 40 ° C), or pour chopped fruits, vegetables, salads and other dishes.

We recommend adding 1-2 tablespoons of the product to the dough of bread, buns and other baked goods, keep at a temperature of +35 ° C for about 1 hour. Used as a yeast to improve the taste and fluffiness of pastries.

Storage conditions: 0 to +12 ° C in a refrigerator protected from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator with a stopper and use by the end of the shelf life.
