Hemp seed oil is rich in omega-3 (21.9%), omega-6 (66.3%), omega-9 (11.8%) fatty acids in an optimal ratio of 3: 1. These fatty acids protect against cardiovascular disease, depression, improve blood circulation to the brain and the whole organism, reduce joint and other inflammation, regulate blood pressure, have a positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract and strengthen the body’s resistance to infections.

Suitable for seasoning potato dishes, salads, curd dishes, porridges.
