Fennel seeds
Grown in Central Europe, it grows naturally in the Caucasus, Iran, India, China, and South America. Served in liqueurs, bread and confectionery. It is made up of fish, especially carp, mayonnaise, soups, sauces, fermented cabbage, preserved cucumbers and cold snacks. Suitable for cumin, dill, star anise, onion and garlic.
